Location, Services & Hours

The Upper Valley Free Clinic is located in the Cascade Medical Center, at 817 Commercial Street in Leavenworth. Free Clinic services are available to residents of the Upper Wenatchee Valley (Cascade School District Boundary)

Operating hours are every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm (Closed Holidays) 

Spanish interpreters are available at every clinic.

Common ailments that are treated at the free clinic include:

• Colds
• Flu
• Stomach aches and pains
• Sore throat

There are limitations to services the Free Clinic can offer: not offered are prenatal care, sports physical examinations, pain management or contraceptives.  People who require more extensive care, for example, x-rays for an injury or sutures, would be referred to the Hospital emergency room for these services.

Patients with chronic conditions are always encouraged to find a family physician on a permanent basis. For continuous care, Cascade Medical Center offers a Community Support Program, which provides reduced fee hospital and clinic services for low income individuals. The Free Clinic can help provide forms and basic information about the program.
